The Journey — Single Session Workshops
Week 1 – Foundations: Step Into the Groove

Week 2 – Balance & Symmetry
Strengthen your U-formation on both sides, develop balance and control, and explore core spins, turns, passes and partner connection.
Week 3 – Flow & Connection
Explore handholds, partnering basics and the language of non-verbal communication. Learn to transition smoothly in and out of the U-formation while moving together as one.
Week 4 – Spin It!
Build your spin repertoire with entry techniques, body positioning and balance. Discover how timing, alignment and confident leading create smooth, connected spins.
Week 5 – Style, Spins & Variations
Take your spins further with creative combinations and variations. Develop your musicality, maintain connection and start adding your own ballroom style.
Week 6 – Shine: Showcase
