Week 2 – Balance & Symmetry

  • Strengthen your U-formation on both dominant and weak sides

  • Drills to create balance and consistency

  • Move with greater control and smoothness

  • Build your foundation by learning core spins and turns

Skill Level: Must be able to skate forward confidently with good balance and T-stop to slow down. Confidence rolling backward would be useful.
